Using this site

You may read, link to and print any page on this site for your own use. Please do not copy the writing, the designs or the project images and pass them off as your own work.

Asking for a quote

When you send an enquiry, we reply with questions and then with a quote for the scope we agreed. Nothing is booked until you accept that quote and we both confirm in writing.

Project work

The scope, the schedule, what is included and how payment is handled are set out in the quote for your project. That quote is the agreement for the work, so please read it before you accept.

Owning the work

Once a project is complete and payment is settled, you own the website, its design and its assets. Until then, the work stays with us.

Support after launch

Any support agreed after launch is written into your quote. If something new comes up later, we can quote for it separately.

Outside links

This site links to email, WhatsApp and other pages. We are not responsible for what happens on those services.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
